Why choose Specialist Care?

Our Specialist Home Care services are unique because our Care Professionals receive bespoke training to help care for clients. It could be anything from specialist dementia, Alzheimer’s, or Parkinson’s care, to clinical support such as catheter care and stoma care. Expert medical professionals provide specialist training for our Care Professionals who also undergo regular competency checks on their knowledge and clinical skills.

Personal care

All of our carers are trained to provide discreet, sensitive support with areas of personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care

Companionship

Carers are chosen for their kind, friendly personalities, which means they provide wonderful companionship as well as care support

Household chores

If you’re struggling to find the time or energy to stay on top of the housework, your carer can help out around the house with just about anything

Getting Out & About

A carer can accompany you out and about – whether that’s to the shops, to visit loved ones, or helping you attend social clubs and hobbies

Post-Hospital Care

Our support is a goal-focused short-term intervention that may require intensive, assessment service leading to improved health and wellbeing.

Dietary needs

For patients with special needs, we also offer home recovery nursing care.

A fully range of condition-led care to promote choice

Everybody’s different, and we ensure that the care we deliver takes that into account. Some of our clients need round the clock support from a team of multiple of care workers, personal care assistants and nurses; others need lower levels of support, perhaps from just one team member; a number of our clients opt for the support of a live-in care assistant.
